Kamala Harris has been a successful public servant for more than three decades. Before being elected to the Senate, Harris ran the second-largest justice system in America. She knows “Donald Trump’s type.”[1]
As a prosecutor, Harris secured convictions against "[p]redators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain."[2]
Donald Trump is too corrupt to again serve as President. Harris is the right person, at the right time to prosecute the case against Donald Trump.
In 2024, Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts by a jury of his peers for fraudulently falsifying New York business records to conceal his illegal scheme to corrupt the 2016 election.[3] Although referred to as the “hush money” case, Trump committed fraud to conceal or commit another crime.[4]
In 2023, Trump was found liable for the sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll in the mid-90s.[5] Carroll sued Trump under the Adults Survivors Act and was awarded $5 million. The finding of sexual assault was reaffirmed a second trial in 2024 where a jury awarded Carroll an additional $83.3 million dollars.[6]
In 2019 Trump conceded that he used charitable funds from the Trump Foundation as his personal piggy bank resulting in a $2 million dollar fine.[7] Trump bought a Tim Tebow helmet, a portrait of himself, paid legal fees, and paid for political events (charitable foundations are barred from political activities).[8]
In 2018, lawsuits filed against the now-defunct Trump University resulted in a $25 million settlement for, among other things, “deceptive practices.”[9],[10] In particular, the sham University "preyed on the elderly and uneducated in order to separate them from their money."[11]
Federal election interference. Incitement of the January 6th insurrection. Georgia election interference. Classified documents.
The case against Trump is compelling. He is too corrupt to again serve as President.
