    Federal law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100. Cash donations, however, cannot exceed $100 during election cycle. The maximum amount one can contribute to a PAC is $5,000. Contributions from federal government contractors, minors under 18 years of age and foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status are prohibited. Foreign nationals with permanent status can contribute. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charity contribution for federal tax purposes.
